Introducing CRM, ERP and AI so that your team works with them
I introduced these systems myself as a managing director, and used them, with a sales team that would rather have kept its spreadsheet. That is why I stay on after go-live until the system is in use.
Where companies usually start
Most mid-sized companies know they need to digitalise. What is unclear is where to start and whom to trust with it.
Scattered data
Customer data in spreadsheets, quotes in inboxes, no central view.
Disconnected systems
ERP and CRM are not linked; information is carried across by hand.
No spare capacity
No IT department of your own, and no budget for a large consultancy.
Too many vendors
Every vendor promises the complete solution. Nobody tells you what you actually need.
Previous attempts
You may already have paid for software that nobody uses today.
My approach: start with what you already have
I do not sell software. I help you decide, and introduce the system in a way that means it gets used.
Analysis
Where are the biggest levers? Which routines cost you time every day?
System selection
CRM, ERP, accounting: I know the options for mid-sized companies and which of them suit which size of business.
Rollout
Choosing is not enough. I stay with the rollout through go-live and beyond, and train your people.
AI integration
Practical uses in the daily business: email drafts, document analysis, automated workflows.
What you get
- A reasoned decision on which system suits you
- A CRM or ERP that is still in use three months after go-live
- Two or three workflows in which nobody retypes data any more
Three ways to start
Three formats of different size. You do not have to start with the largest.
AI morning
Half a day on site. We take two real cases from your daily business and automate them as far as a morning allows.
System check
Three to four days. I look at which systems you have and which of them are actually used, and tell you what I would do in your place.
Rollout
Several months, including go-live and the weeks after it, when old habits come back.
I quote prices in the conversation, once I know what the job is.
AI I work with myself every day
I am certified by Anthropic and Lindy. What matters more is that I use these tools in my own business: reading documents, preparing quote text, automating routines. We set this up on one of your cases, and you see what works for you.
Automated quotations
A workflow brings together your template, your prices and your terms. What used to take two hours takes a few minutes.
Document analysis
Contracts, specifications and delivery terms are read out and placed into the fields your team would otherwise fill in by hand.
Workflow automation
From lead to quote to order, the process runs through without anyone passing data along by hand.
When standard software does not fit
Not every workflow needs a large system. For quote calculation, customer portals, invoice checking or dashboards I develop small purpose-made applications with Lovable and Supabase, cut to your process. Alongside them, AI agents that read documents, sort incoming customer enquiries or take on back-office tasks. Your people learn to use the tools themselves, so the next application does not have to come from me.
Internal applications
CRM, quote calculator, invoicing tool, customer portal, dashboard
AI agents
Document processing, customer enquiries, back-office automation
Enablement
Your people learn Claude, Lovable and prompting on their own tasks

The first conversation costs nothing but time. After it we both know whether working together makes sense.
